Customer Service Executive
Job Description & Requirements
You will be the voice and face of our company, bridging operations and clients to ensure every order, delivery and request runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via communication channels such as phone, email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner; Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams; Prepare service quotations, delivery orders and billing documents; Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service feedback; Follow up proactively on service issues, customer complaints and resolution tracking; Build positive, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We are Looking For:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in Business, Hospitality or equivalentAt least 1–2 years of experience in customer service /client coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, resourceful and customer-oriented with good problem-solving attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, data entry and basic ERP/CRM systems
