Service Coordinator

What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling service requests and customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate and dispatch technical team promptly to address customer needs.
• Maintain and update service requests in SAP.
• Monitor job progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely feedback to customers.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate documentation for billing.
• Schedule and manage maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with suppliers to arrange and complete jobs efficiently.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships by delivering outstanding service and support.
