Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing service team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations by managing service agreements and coordinating the daily schedules of our service engineers. You will be the key link between customers and our technical team, helping us deliver responsive and reliable service.
Responsibilities- Sale of Service Agreements
- Sell and renew service agreements
- Monitor and update customer purchase orders accurately
- Process work orders and email orders in a timely manner
- Follow up on customer requests and order changes to ensure responsive customer service
- Resolve order-related issues by communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and the service team to maintain strong working relationships
- Engineer Scheduling & Resource Planning
- Coordinate daily / weekly work schedules for Service Engineers
- Assign jobs based on:
- Skill level / certification
- Location / availability
- Customer priority / Service Level Agreement
- Optimize travel routes and minimize downtime
- Track job completion status and delays
- Training & Competency Tracking
- Maintain training matrix for all engineers:
- Product certifications
- Safety training
- Internal / HQ training courses
- Monitor training expiry and renewal requirements
- Coordinate training sessions with:
- Internal trainers
- Principals / suppliers
- Ensure engineers deployed are qualified for assigned tasks
- 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 CE is an added advantage.
