- Lead the sales team and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment handling
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing to ensure profitability.
- Maintain high responsiveness to clients via email, phone and WhatsApp providing timely updates and support.
