• Key Responsibilities
• Ensure assigned maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (tenants, contractors, colleagues)
• Support procurement activities for A&A and maintenance works
• Supervise site works including repair and maintenance projects
• Propose and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct site inspections in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or maintenance environment
• Possess a valid Class 3A driving licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working in outdoor environment due to nature of the job
• Additional Information
• Work Location: Changi Airport, Terminal 2
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable/extendable based on performance)
• Start Date: From 1 June 2026 onwards
