Finance Manager (1 year Contract convertible)/$8000-$10000

• Lead finance function for a major project / tender-based engagement
• Establish financial frameworks, policies, and governance for project execution
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure project profitability
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
• Oversee full spectrum of financial reporting with strong compliance standards
• Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and treasury-related activities
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial and operational goals
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
• Guide and mentor finance team to support project delivery

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CA, CFA) is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in project-based / contract environments
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Proven track record in setting up or managing finance operations for large-scale projects
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment

• Experience in large-scale project, infrastructure, or tender-based environments
• Exposure to finance transformation, ERP systems, or digital tools
• Treasury or cash flow management experience
