Senior Finance Manager (SGX & MAS report)

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong technical expertise and regulatory knowledge.

• Manage financial reporting, consolidation, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes; provide financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and ensure adherence to REIT regulatory frameworks, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelines
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial advisory support to senior management and business units
• Oversee the finance team and mentor junior staff

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, FP&A, and tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of REIT regulatory frameworks, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelines
• 7+ years of finance experience, preferably in REIT, asset management, or listed companies
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
