Business Development Manager | Freight (Air/Sea) | MNC

• Salary: Up to $9,000.00, depends on performance.
• Work Details: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
• Location: International Business Park
• Benefits: 16 Days AL. 1 Month AWS. VB, depends on performance. Transport allowance + Commission.
• Two rounds of face to face interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new Air & Sea freight business opportunities
• Develop strategic sales plans focused on international trade lanes and industry verticals
• Promote global air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), customs brokerage, and multimodal solutions
• Achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin targets

• Build strong relationships with between overseas offices and global partners
• Develop trade lane strategies aligned with global network priorities
• Analyze market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing developments
• Identify high-potential verticals (e.g., automotive, pharma, consumer goods, industrial, technology)

• Conduct customer needs analysis and propose tailored logistics solutions
• Lead RFQs, tender processes, and contract negotiations
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and monitor service performance

• Work closely with operations, pricing, and product teams to deliver competitive solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management
• Represent company at trade fairs, networking events, and industry forums

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in international freight forwarding (Air & Sea)
