Senior Sustainability Executive

A leading healthcare organisation in Singapore is seeking a candidate to join them as a Senior Sustainability Executive. This role focuses on improving energy efficiency and sustainability across clinics. It involves managing sustainability data, supporting ESG initiatives, driving behavioural change, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement environmental strategies and improve building performance.

• Collect and manage utilities data (energy, water, waste), track sustainability KPIs, visualize sustainability roadmaps, and oversee Green Mark (GM) certification compliance with BCA, MOH, and NEA requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of sustainability frameworks, set environmental goals with senior management, and promote a culture of sustainability.
• Work with facilities vendors, internal departments, consultants, and the Sustainability Committee; manage submissions such as quarterly ES Scorecards and Resource Management Plans.
• Lead sustainability campaigns (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and conduct outreach programs.
• Review technical plans and tenders, participate in HVAC system design/testing/commissioning, implement energy efficiency improvements in clinics, and standardize sustainable practices.
• Support innovation and improvement projects.
• Assist with departmental strategic planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and staff development.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Possess at least 3 years’ relevant experience
