Manager, Ant International Sustainability Office-International BG

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee operational sustainability initiatives, focusing on strengthening the data repository and developing carbon reduction pathways and targets toward achieving net-zero objectives.
• Monitor and report on the organization's progress in sustainability, ensuring alignment with the group's net-zero objectives.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, cultivating partnerships with like-minded enterprises and associations.
• Pilot innovative technologies and solutions, driving public awareness toward a greener future.
• Maintain a large and high-quality network of contacts through academic and think tanks, local government agencies, businesses, and other thought leaders on the sustainability field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sustainability or environmental-related fields.
• Strong understanding of carbon accounting, with the ability to analyze and interpret datasets and report complex information to management.
• Proficient in learning and understanding sustainability standards, certifications, and awards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals from various disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, maintaining a balanced sense of perspective.
• Substantive understanding of the policy and regulatory landscape in relation to sustainability disclosure standards and carbon accounting.
• Highly motivated self-starter and quick learner with excellent project management skills
• Effective communication skills to convince and create mutual understanding
• Strong project management skills with good attention to details and solid analytical skills to “think out of the box
• A team player who inspires confidence in people and draws no boundaries in what she/he does
