Job Summary

Join our Loans & Paperwork team as a part-time Telesales Executive to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and secure sales prospects through effective telesales communication.

Responsibilities

Contact potential customers by phone to assess their needs and requirements
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Act as the first point of contact and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely case closure
Deliver professional consultation and maintain high-quality customer service standards

Required competencies and certifications

Proficient in conversational English to communicate effectively with customers
Strong customer service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and follow up diligently on tasks
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Initiative-taking mindset to proactively drive sales activities
Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills for data entry and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Completion of at least O Levels / SPM qualification
