What You’ll Be Doing
Call warm leads provided by the bank (no cold prospecting required)
Promote and close sales for:
Personal Loans
Credit Cards / Card Activation
Funds Transfer / Cash Plus
Annual Fee Waivers
General Insurance products
Identify customer needs and recommend the right financial solutions
Cross-sell to maximize every opportunity
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
Handle objections confidently and turn them into conversions
Maintain professionalism and compliance in all customer interactions
Contribute ideas to improve team performance and sales strategies
Who We’re Looking For
Sales-driven individuals who enjoy talking and closing
Confident communicators with strong persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions & incentives
Resilient — able to handle rejection and bounce back fast
Prior telesales / banking / call centre experience is a plus (not required)
Candidates with no experience but strong attitude are welcome
