About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our ongoing Ceiling Fan Installation project in various schools located across Singapore. This individual will serve as the key liaison between our company and external contractors to ensure smooth execution across approximately 120 school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite visits to assist with site surveys and assess suitability of fan installations
- Provide detailed reports post-site visits to internal teams and contractors
- Coordinate and schedule installation works with contractors
- Handle administrative duties such as preparing project reports and documentation
- Organise and facilitate training sessions for contractors, including arranging necessary clearances
- Conduct post-installation inspections to verify proper installation and ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to track progress and resolve any operational issues
Requirements:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across school sites
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Prior experience in project coordination, construction, or facilities management is a plus
- Familiarity with administrative processes and stakeholder engagement
