Inside Sales Representative

• Work Location: TUAs
• Company transportation provided
• Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:30am

Responsibilities:

• Quotation & Order Management:

o Prepare timely sales quotations.

• Sales Forecasting: Consolidate demand, prepare weekly/monthly projections for management.
• Contract Review: Understand specs, technical drawings; flow down requirements to operations/quality.
• AR Follow-Up: Liaise with customers/US finance for payment follow-ups.
• Customer & Internal Collaboration:

o Work closely with key/new accounts.

• Organizational Skills: Manage multitasks, track requirements, ensure accuracy.
• Meeting Participation: Attend internal (USA HQ) and external (key customers) meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• Has 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, customer service, order management.
• Proficient and strong in Microsoft Office especially Excel; experience in Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized, resourceful, and able to multitask under pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with distribution and manufacturing industry
