Business Analyst (Corporate Banking) (EJN)

• Role Overview

Our client (local bank) is seeking for a Business Analyst to support the Corporate Banking team. This role focuses on analysing business performance, tracking key metrics, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the franchise.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer-centric analytics to support business growth and performance optimisation
• Monitor key performance indicators including revenue drivers, loan pipelines, product cross-sell, customer profitability, and RM productivity across industry segments
• Partner with business units on business reviews, forecasting, and operational planning
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track performance metrics
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support digital automation initiatives

• Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, QlikView) is an advantage
