Corporate Banking Call Centre Officer | Up to $3500 | 8 Months | Tampines

• Salary: Up to $3500
• Duration: Immediate - end Nov (potential to renew / convert, subject to performance and business needs)
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.5 hours rotating shift from 8am-8pm

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from corporate banking clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist clients with banking enquiries such as account-related requests, transaction status, online banking support, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information on corporate banking products, services, and procedures.
• Follow up on client requests and ensure issues are resolved within the required service turnaround time.
• Escalate complex cases or complaints to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system.
• Work closely with internal departments to support client servicing needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service quality standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service, contact centre, or banking operations is preferred.
• Good communication skills with the ability to handle calls and written correspondence professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking systems will be an advantage.
