- Carry out rotational breakdown vehicle duties and carry out on site repairs
- Conducting daily vehicle detailing operations, including delivery and retrieval of rental and replacement vehicles
- Communicating with customers in a calm and professional manner
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
