Salary: $45.00 – $70.00 per hour (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to teach students aged 6 to 16. The ideal candidate is familiar with Singapore’s education system and/or international school curricula, and is committed to delivering structured, results-driven, and engaging lessons.

This role is suitable for educators who enjoy personalised teaching and are confident in guiding students towards measurable academic improvement.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant English teaching experience
• Degree in English, Education, or a related academic discipline preferred
• Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus and/or international school curriculum
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with students and parents)
• Strong ability to motivate students and cultivate independent learning skills
• Proven ability to help students improve academic performance
• Able to independently prepare lesson plans and customise teaching strategies based on student assessment results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

• Prepare lesson plans independently and design personalised teaching programmes based on student assessments and learning analysis
• Conduct engaging and structured lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Design customised homework assignments according to students’ learning progress
• Mark assignments promptly and provide constructive feedback
• Continuously optimise lesson content and address students’ questions after class
• Maintain regular communication with the Academic Supervisor
• Complete student progress reports and adjust teaching plans according to academic development
