1. Warehouse Supervisor /Up to $4500 @Woodlands

• Set-up Warehouse for Raw Materials, Finish Goods, Inventory Items (SKU) & In/Out systems records.
• Study products use and organise Storage Compactors to keep SKU items /daily requires items.
• Manage Mid/Year-End stock take as well as record goods at subcon factory for audit.
• Maintain ISO for Purchase & Warehouse management, and coordinate with departments on operations.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain inventory records & stock accuracy.
• Supervise warehouse staff including hiring, training, leave approving and performance evaluations.
• Plan shifts, manage workforce, promote safe and compliant work environment.
• Enforce safety policies i.e Forklift Safety Usage. Utilize technology to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Upkeep of Forklift/vehicles in clean manner including schedule servicing and maintenance.
• Liaise with customers/HQ for goods delivery/collection ensuring materials collected timely for production.
• Optimize warehouse layout, prepare reports (inventory), performance & incident reports.
• Maintain documentation for audits/compliance, and identify areas for process improvement.
• Monitor expenses & seek cost-effective solutions. Manage procurement & stock replenishment.

1. Customer Service Officer /$2,500 - $3,000 @Woodlands

• Perform quotation, SO, DO, DM, Invoices and distribute to production.
• Attend customers' email/calls on deliveries schedule or inquiries.
• Updates, schedule, monitoring customers sales activities (schedule change, ECN, consign parts )
• Provide monthly Sales reports to Sales Manager. Input daily Sales Order into system.
• Update customers details, arrange outbound shipment documents, and liaise with transporter/courier.
• perform admin function and liaise with Inter Company for Inbound & Outbound transportation.
• Performed Letters Collection duties and Office Stationary ordering Jobs.
