Retail Assistant
- Location : Changi Airport
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 8/10 hours shift between 5.30AM to 1.00AM (44 hours per week)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,800 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment

Responsibilities:
- Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance satisfaction.
- Generate new business through walk-in traffic and phone enquiries.
- Uphold service excellence standards and brand presentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory checks.
- Maintain high standards of boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE Qualifications or a related field
- Prior experience in retail
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
