• Deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience, understanding each customer’s needs and guiding them through our collections.
• Develop a strong understanding of House of Holly’s products, materials, and design stories, and confidently communicate them to customers.
• Maintain a beautiful, well-merchandised retail space — ensuring displays are tidy, well-stocked, and visually aligned with the brand.
• Build meaningful connections with customers by sharing how our products fit into their lifestyle and gifting needs.
• Support daily retail operations, including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and order fulfillment.
• Actively contribute to sales performance, identifying opportunities to recommend products and drive conversions.

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
• Interest in lifestyle, retail, or kids/baby products
• Sales or retail experience is a plus
• Able to work retail hours (weekends & PH)
• Team player with a positive attitude

• $13/hour (CPF applicable)
• 1% team-based commission
• Paid lunch breaks
• Sales training will be provided

• AM Shift: 10 AM – 6 PM
• PM Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
