Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager or a Full Manager to lead he planning, execution and optimization of our online and offline marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology with good leadership to guide the team of marketing executives. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Job Description- Leading a team of marketing executives.
- Manage and work on the creatives using Canva.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with the audience.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing organisation's presence on social media working with the marketing team.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc. to increase awareness
- Prepare online/offline newsletters (if needed), social media post, and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Management and formulate and execute special highlights which to bring in the right audience.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Preparation of marketing plan
- Designing and conceptualising sponsorship kits working with the Project Manager.
- Conceptualising and executing event highlights with support from Operations team.
