Marketing executive - Woodlands

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing and conducting marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct marketing events by working closely with vendors, partners & production teams.
• Execute online and offline brand marketing and sales promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation (posts, videos), scheduling, EDM campaigns (email/ mobile marketing), and online enquiries.
• Prepare product listings and gather information to develop campaign content.
• Monitor and review campaign performance and turnout reports, track budgets, and coordinate media advertising schedules and placements with agencies.
• Act as liaison with media and public relations agencies for campaign content and follow-ups.
• Manage and regularly update the website with the latest content and promotions.
• Carry out other relevant tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues, partners and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, enterprise data systems, social media platforms, multimedia tools and etc.
• Skilled in copywriting for campaigns, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Passionate about the marketing industry and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant marketing experience, preferably with exposure to Fast-Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG).
• Preferably Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Additional Informations:

• Work location at Sungei Kadut area
• 5 day work week (8am to 5.30pm)
• Transport provided to & fro at Yew Tee MRT.
