- 5-Day Work Week: Office hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM); rest day on one weekday and one weekend day
- Mentorship & Training: Receive guidance, structured onboarding, and continuous development
- Content Creation & Storytelling: You'll create compelling content for our social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business), with a focus on both short-form and long-form videos. You'll interview caregivers and families to capture their unique stories and lead Caregiver Feature Campaigns that celebrate their dedication.
- Campaign Management: You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives from start to finish.
- Digital Marketing: You'll assist with SEO and AI initiatives, generating content for our company blog to drive organic growth. You'll also support our Google Ad and Facebook Ad campaigns to help us reach a wider audience of families and prospective caregivers.
- Community Building: You'll collaborate closely with our recruiters to develop a strong caregiver community and implement initiatives to attract and engage with caregivers interested in live-in roles.
- Partnerships: You'll assist in building and nurturing partnerships that align with our brand and mission.
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). Open to entry level candidates with relevant internship experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Ahrefs or other design software is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong photography skills are a plus.
- Competent in spoken and written English.
