Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bukit Merah

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
- Source candidates strategically through all possible channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical capabilities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure recruitment and preboarding records are accurately maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, corporate, and leadership positions
