Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bukit Merah

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
Source candidates strategically through all possible channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical capabilities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure recruitment and preboarding records are accurately maintained for audit and compliance purposes.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, corporate, and leadership positions
