We are a growing Food & Beverage group with expanding brands and are seeking a responsible and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support
  • Support accounts related tasks, including:
  • Processing invoices
  • Data entry for expenses, payments, and receipts
  • Liaising with vendors on billing and payment matters
  • Assisting with basic accounts reconciliation and record-keeping
  • Handle daily correspondence and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative materials.
  • Support outlet operations, marketing activities, and ad-hoc duties when required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum A-Level / Diploma
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience; F&B experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese languages a plus
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
