Senior Manager, Leadership Development (LD), Comms & Engagement, Up $7K

• Summary Lead communications and engagement efforts for leadership and career development programmes.
• Support initiatives that build a strong talent pipeline across the organization

1. Comms & Engagement (Main Focus)

• Plan and execute communication strategies for various groups:
• Talent programme officers
• Leadership groups
• Supervisors of talent officers
• Senior Executive officers (for career development)

1. Support Talent Development Initiatives

• Review or introduce new leadership/career development programmes (e.g. domain-specific career tracks, mentoring).
• Help organise development activities like: Crisis communication workshops Onboarding for talent officers Phoenix Community activities
• Posting exercises and supervisor training modules

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–7 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, or HR.
• Strong understanding of leadership development and stakeholder needs.
• Effective communicator who can work well with internal teams and senior management.
• Proficient in comms tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
