Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-515pm

Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience)

No experience is required as on job training will be provided.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive (1 year renewable/ convertible contract) to support our day-to-day operations across maintenance/ administrative/ project-related activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and enjoy working in a fast-paced technical service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules, service appointments, and technician dispatching.
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, material tracking, and job progress updates.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper records of service and project activities.
• Provide general support to the maintenance/ admin/ project teams as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• No experience is required as on job training will be provided.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities.
