This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inspection, supervision, and maintenance of the facility to ensure cleanliness and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of daily reports.
• Manage resident check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Address and resolve resident queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Enforce in-house rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and respectful living environment.
• Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new residents, including guidance on house rules, available services, and emergency contacts.
• Perform room inspections during both resident move-in and move-out processes.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Duty Manager (DM).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in operations, facilities management, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with residents.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems and reporting tools.
