The Opportunity:

  • Our client: National level Organization
  • Working Location: Havelock area
  • Basic Salary: Up to $2.8k
  • Working hours: Mon
  • Fri 8.30am
  • 6pm, Sat 8.30am
  • 1pm (Based on roster)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline operational support, including guiding users on application procedures and required documentation.
  • Handle walk-in enquiries and process applications at service counters.
  • Manage and process high-volume online applications efficiently within set timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and user support.
  • Oversee system-related requests and coordinate with technical specialists to resolve issues raised by stakeholders.
  • Conduct physical delivery of official documents across various locations in Singapore; monitor and verify completion status within required timelines.
  • Participate in workflow improvement initiatives and assist in updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with professionals from partner organizations and external agencies to support comprehensive case management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations or customer-facing roles
  • Willing and able to perform field duties across Singapore (transport costs reimbursed)
  • Strong ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in IT systems and related applications (Basic Microsoft office, E-filing systems)
