Job Description & Requirements
This role is to support both procurement and sales administration functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves handling purchase order, liaising with suppliers and customers, coordinating, preparing sales invoice documents, maintaining records, and provide admin support to the Sales Team.
Executive Assistant & Translator: Accompany executives and provide fluent English and Chinese translation/interpretation.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, invoices.
Project Tracking: Monitor and follow up on the progress of various projects.Quotation & Sales Support: Handle quotation-related tasks, including processing orders, managing sales documents, and issuing invoices.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with departmental routine operations and the preparation of reports.
Assist with administration, procurement, finance, and HR tasks
Miscellaneous: Execute other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Able to multitask and work independently. Responsible, mature, organized, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Immediate availability is a plus.
