This is a 6-months contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars across time zones.
  • Schedule and confirm internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate executive needs.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks such as expense claims, procurement, and office logistics.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience supporting 3 or more stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools, including Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Drive or other similar workspace tools.
