Job scope

Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and recruitment timelines for technical role
Develop targeted, keyword-optimized job advertisements and proactively source candidates across various platforms and networks
Screen applications, conduct structured technical interviews (phone/video), and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes, facilitate stakeholder debriefs, and lead offer negotiation and closing activities
Build and sustain talent pipelines through strategic headhunting, market mapping, and engagement with relevant talent communities and networks

Requirement

Min Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related discipline
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector
