Drive institutional equity sales by managing and expanding relationships with institutional clients, delivering

market insights and trade ideas and enabling revenue generation through increased wallet share and client engagement.

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
  • Execute sales strategies for institutional client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within existing clients
  • Support block deals and large trade executions
  • Contribute to building market visibility through client interactions and participation in conferences
Client Centricity & Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, and global banks
  • Understand client mandates, strategies, and trading patterns
  • Provide actionable trade ideas and market insights in coordination with Research
  • Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and

follow-ups to drive engagement • Build strong credibility and become a trusted advisor to clients

Operational / Financial Excellence
  • Achieve individual revenue and brokerage targets
  • Track client performance, wallet share, and engagement metrics
  • Analyze market movements, flows, and trends to refine sales approach
  • Coordinate closely with Trading and Execution teams for seamless service delivery
Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks in Singapore and global markets
  • Maintain compliance in all client interactions and trade communications
  • Stay updated on market regulations and communicate relevant changes to clients
