Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of the project from concept design and stakeholder engagement through to construction commencement and operational transition. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all consultants associated with the project, including architects, quantity surveyors, traffic consultants, engineers and specialist advisers, ensuring alignment across all phases of delivery.The role will also oversee the post-construction transition phase, working closely with the Director of Operations and key stakeholders to support operational readiness, defect management, commissioning and successful handover of the new facilities.
The appointee will report directly to the Director of Business Development during the planning, design and procurement phases of the project and work closely with the Director of Operations during the construction and operational transition phases.
The role will act as a central coordination point between the School, architects, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, governance, programme management and project delivery outcomes.
The position will be based at Tanglin Trust School and/or the Project Site Office as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience managing large-scale development or construction projects.
- Experience working within complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience managing consultant teams and project coordination processes.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting and procurement processes.
- Experience in education or institutional developments highly regarded.
- Familiarity with the Singapore construction and regulatory environment preferred.
