  1. Job purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned commercial, hospitality, F&B, wellness, refurbishment, reinstatement, and related design-and-build projects from award to handover, including planning, coordination, cost and timeline control, stakeholder management, authority and landlord coordination where applicable, and successful completion of projects in accordance with the Company’s quality and commercial standards.

  1. Key Responsibilities
 A.  Project Management & Execution
  • Manage assigned commercial, hospitality, F&B, wellness, refurbishment, reinstatement, and related design-and-build projects projects from planning through completion.
  • Oversee interior retrofitting and maintenance projects to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, including Gantt charts.
  • Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction and fabrication works where required.
 B.  Coordination & Communication
  • Receive, review, coordinate, and respond to inquiries related to project designs, materials, quotations, schedules, and installation processes.
  • Act as liaison with subcontractors to expedite drawings and related information.
  • Attend project coordination meetings with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, designers, subcontractors, installation supervisors, artists, and craftsmen.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments and project updates.
 C.  Site Monitoring & Compliance
  • Monitor field and contract works to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs (vendors, subcontractors, purchases, owners, etc.).
  • Track responses and report updates to the Project Director.
  • Coordinate periodic job-site photographs and measurements for record-keeping.
 D.  Project Closure & Client Management
  • Review project completion with installation supervisors and project team prior to handover.
  • Conduct formal project handover to client, including final review and feedback collection.
  • Take completed project photographs for documentation and marketing purposes.
  • Request client referrals upon successful completion.
 E.  Industry Knowledge & Professional Development
  • Stay updated on design trends, customer preferences, industry developments, installation methods, and relevant materials.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of construction methods and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate readiness for career advancement within the organization.
 F.  Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or required by project needs.
