Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Care Coordinator to provide holistic care and support to clients (ages 7–18) in our Special Student Care Centre. You will play a key role in enhancing their physical and emotional well-being through structured programs and daily assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individual Care Plans (ICPs) and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Supervise and assist clients in daily routines (meals, toileting, grooming, etc.)
Monitor and document client progress, behavior, and health records
Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers on updates and progress
Design and conduct engaging enrichment activities
Manage behavioral challenges using appropriate intervention techniques
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment
Guide and mentor new staff/interns
Lead a committee (planning, coordination, and reporting)

Requirements:

✅ GCE O-Level / NITEC in Nursing / Community Care / or related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience working with persons with disabilities
✅ Knowledge of behavior management for children
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅ First Aid certification (preferred)
✅ Compassionate, patient, and adaptable

✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
