Asst Contract Manager / Contract Manager

• Supervise and manage a team of in-house Quantity Surveyors in studying tender specifications, drawings, and conditions of contract to identify technical and commercial risks
• Prepare Bills of Quantity (BQ) for tendering and quotation submissions
• Liaise with project clients and consultants on tendering and quotation matters
• Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants on all contract administration matters, including:
• Preparation and submission of tenders and quotations
• Handling of variation orders (VOs)
• Progress claims and payments
• Interpretation of contract provisions and dispute resolution

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
• Training in Quantity Surveying will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge and relevant experience in electrical and/or ACMV systems and equipment
• Understanding of industry standards and codes of practice
• Familiarity with contract administration and common Conditions of Contract adopted in Singapore
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards, including the Security of Payment Act

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
