Job Description
Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and other team members to support the QA team
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and QA tickets
- Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing test cases based on functional requirements
- Perform exploratory, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug-tracking tool (JIRA)
- Participate in the QA of features and bug fixes under the guidance of QA leads
- Learn from and be mentored by the QA lead, and actively seek guidance to progress in your career goals
- Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to the team lead
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study
- Familiarity with QA principles used for web and mobile applications
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Understanding testing frameworks and writing tests such as Playwright or RobotFramework is advantageous
- Prior experience conducting tests in the e-Commerce industry would be a bonus
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
