QA Engineer (Quality Assurance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer quality claims and drive effective Corrective & Preventive Actions, including verifying action effectiveness and supporting cross‑site closure.
• Lead or participate in MRB to ensure only conforming products are shipped.
• Maintain SAP/QM systems, including Quality Notifications.
• Conduct quality‑related trainings (e.g., QMS, FMEA, SPC) and support implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, QFD, SPC and Edit Notes.
• Prepare and report quality data, including process/product capability and Cpk monitoring to meet internal and customer requirements.
• Work with relevant departments to ensure accuracy of CofC and compliance with customer requirements.
• Perform internal audits, support customer audits, and monitor quality performance against goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support documentation such as procedures, training materials, and SPC manuals.
• Perform other ad‑hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, B. Sc (Physics or Chemistry)
• 2 – 5 years in QA, experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
• Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
• Critical thinking skills
• Knowledge in use of quality tools – FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience advantage
• High level of PC skills – excel, word & powerpoint.
