Quality Assurance (QA) Officer (GMP Quality Support)

Role Summary
Supports the Quality Manager in day-to-day GMP quality operations, documentation control, and inspection activities to ensure products meet company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection check
- Support batch record and documentation review
- Maintain and archive quality records
- Assist in facility inspections and housekeeping audits
- Coordinate product and environmental testing with external laboratories
- Compile and trend quality data
- Support internal inspections and corrective action follow-ups
- Assist with GMP documentation updates and filing
Requirements:
- Diploma in Life Sciences / Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Science or related
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented, organised and possess sound reasoning
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn Quality Management practices.
- Willing to work in production/controlled environment
- Possess documentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as we have mandarin speaking workers in production.
