Job Descriptions
- Manage a team of in-house Technicians, Technical Officers and sub contractors (including scheduling / roster planning) to carry out day-to-day building and facilities maintenance soft services. Assisting the Manager in supervising soft services such as horticulture, cleaning, landscape, pest control services etc.
- Develop and implement preventive / corrective facilities maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
- Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors or vendors to ensure timely maintenance works are done effectively.
- Attend to feedback / complaint / incidents and submitting incident report accordingly.
- Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and review .
- Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.
- To track, monitor and update maintenance schedule for all soft services. Assist in report generation.
- Facilities management background with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Min Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management or Building or Engineering or Real Estate or any equivalent.
- Well versed in the Soft Services Facilities Management. Good Knowledge of building facilities maintenance.
- Good Customer Service & Client Relationships . Good Facilities Operations and Improvements.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft application.
- 5 Work Day Week , West Location
- Candidate need to possess Fire Safety Manager certificate for FSM position and at least 3 years of experience.
- Relevant FSM knowledge and Conduct regular fire safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
- Coordinate with FM , inspectors and authorities to ensure compliance with all fire safety codes and standards.
- Oversee daily FM operations related to fire safety including maintenance of fire protection and fire alarm system.
- 5.5 Work Day Week , East Location
