Our client is seeking a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (B2B) to join their team!

This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about corporate sales and have a proactive attitude. You will be tasked with growing corporate sales and helping companies adopt ergonomic solutions that improve workplace wellness and productivity.

What you'll be doing?
  • Corporate Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sales and expand Ergoworks' client base.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, foster, and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Organize sales activities and prioritize key prospects to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to tailor solutions that meet market demand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and product developments.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in corporate wellness or ergonomic solutions.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
