Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Sales Manager/Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling and closing sales, particularly in an IT environment. This is a B2B sales role focused on talent sourcing and hiring, where you will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Sales Closing: Effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients and close deals.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends to target potential customers effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales, preferably in an IT or B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus but not mandatory.
