Export Shipping Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Air and Sea freight export nomination shipments
- Prepare full sets of shipping documents (e.g., BL, COO, pickup orders, invoices, etc.)
- Arrange transportation and Singapore Customs permit declarations
- Monitor vessel ETD schedules
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of shipments
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding/Logistics field is a MUST.
- Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Able to work independently, customer oriented and highly motivated
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Fast learner with positive attitude
- Abe to multi-task and work under pressure
- Those with more experience will be considered for a Senior Position
