As an Assistant Manager, Project Management (Healthcare) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plan, develop, and execute Business Continuity Plans for External Operations functions.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., Ministry of Health, government agencies, community partners) to manage crises during national/civil emergencies, disease outbreaks, etc.
• Develop the Concept of Operations, including the setup of operational cell groups to support decision-making and coordinate logistics and resources.
• Oversee incident management efforts such as setting up facilities and equipment, and deploying manpower to implement SOPs and workflows.
• Manage and oversee daily operations related to resident enrolment, straggler management (enrolment and health plans), and social prescribing.
• Support national or cluster-level initiatives such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG.
• Engage with community partners to improve the health and social outcomes of residents in the western region.
• Drive Quality Management and Continuous Improvement by identifying areas for growth and implementing innovative changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and management in the organization.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of working experience preferably in the healthcare industry
