As a Assistant Manager, Regional Primary Care Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations for the PCN within an assigned regional cluster
• Build relationships with existing and potential GPs to drive programme enrolment
• Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and training events
• Liaise with ancillary service providers and manage related service agreements
• Support COVID-related administrative efforts and policy implementations
• Oversee administrative processes including data collection, claims processing, and patient tagging
• Act as secretariat for quarterly PCN meetings and ensure timely coordination
• Maintain partnerships with FMC providers and facilitate ongoing collaboration
• Handle administrative processes tied to FMC involvement in PCN services
• Manage internal audits for both PCN and FMC, ensuring compliance with established controls
• Collaborate with internal departments to support implementation and alignment with Healthier SG strategies
• Provide support for other assigned responsibilities in line with department goals

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, public health, social sciences, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector
