Job Purpose/:
The Secured Lending Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and strategic direction of DBS Bank's secured lending portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of acquisition strategies, optimizing product performance through omni-channel approaches and personalization, and enhancing customer engagement.The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to innovate and deliver business impact.
Key Responsibilities/:
- Product Strategy & Development
- Develop and lead the product acquisition strategies for secured lending products to meet market demand and strategic objectives, with a primary focus on digital acquisition strategies and branch distribution
- Implement effective omni-channel strategies to optimize acquisition costs and enhance efficiency
- Serve as the Platform Owner for key digital assets such as DBS Property Marketplace and DBS Home Loan webpages, focusing on increasing traffic engagement
- Acquisition & Engagement
- Develop and implement campaigns, tools, and product bundles to maximize customer acquisition & engagement
- Leverage advanced analytics and AIML propensity models to sharpen targeting criteria and enhance conversion rates
- Identify and implement opportunities for personalization across customer touchpoints to improve open rates and overall customer experience
- Business Intelligence & Innovation
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, integrating customer feedback into campaign development and product proposition
- Develop and maintain control tower dashboards across multi-touch points to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the department, driving new initiatives and measuring their impact
- Stakeholder Management, People & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists
- Co-lead sub-journeys in the Mortgage Performance Cell, collaborating horizontally across the organisation to deliver business outcomes
Requirements/:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within secured lending or a related financial product.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in driving data-led strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team would be a plus
