Job Responsibilities:
- Handle airport pass applications for all employees.
- Set up P-files for new hires and upload to shared drive (Retail).
- Coordinate interviews, contract signings, and onboarding (uniforms, kits, seating).
- Arrange employee welfare items (congratulatory/get-well/wreath).
- Support ad-hoc HR admin as assigned by HOD/AHRMs.
- Front-desk duties: greet visitors, manage calls, courier/postal mail distribution.
- Keep meeting rooms tidy; maintain telephone lists & org charts up to date.
- Process HR/GA invoices, travel arrangements, expense claims, visas, corporate card expenses.
- Assist office events (festive décor, staff gifting, gatherings).
- Manage pantry & stationery replenishment for 2 offices; liaise on office alarm/premises/equipment maintenance.
- Submit approvals in HR/EP portals and invoice submissions in internal systems (e.g., Glob+).
- Any other ad-hoc duties from HOD/AHRMs.
- More than 1 year of experience in HR support or office admin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with HR/finance portals.
- Strong interpersonal skills; professional and discreet with confidential info.
- Fluent in English; organized, service-minded, and a solid team player
