Job Description:
To Promote Unsecured Facilities to our existing customer base via Telemarketing Services.
Responsibilities- Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products
- Objection handling: Manage and handle customer’s resistance and objections
- Meet sales targets: Achieve & exceed sales target assigned
- Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned
- Customer Experience: Ensure great customer onboarding journey
